I am looking for advice on how to incorporate Biophilic Design into my new apartment. I am moving into a much smaller place than my current home and it is in the downtown of a large city. My home right now is right next to a park and I have a garden in my backyard. Not having as much space for a garden or plants is going to be hard for me. Looking for any advice from the community.

I found a great addition to my desk that is perfect for everyone who is working from home right now. I bought a mini waterfall that fits right on my desk! It is perfect for a relaxing background noise that keeps me calm, relaxed, and focused all day long while I work. I got this for only $30 on Amazon! What a steal. I love finding ways to incorporate Biophilic Design into my home office! I have added an image of the one I bought to share with the community!
I recently decided to start redecorating my home to incorporate Biophilic Design in it. After years of living in a rainy climate my house always seemed dark and gloomy and never made me feel happy. I decided to expand my small windows to large ones that really brightened up my living room and office! I also have never owned a house plant and I recently filled each room with them and am already noticing a huge difference in my mood! Highly recommend the Biophilic Design guide it helped me revamp my house!
